Cancellation Policy
Our stylist reserve time specifically for you! We kindly ask for a 24hr notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Doing so allows us to serve other guest and manage our time more efficiently. Failing to contact us may result in payment up to 50% of the service cost prior to your next appointment. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

If your unsatisfied with any service please contact us within a week of your appointment and we will do our best to ensure your happy with your end result. Using professional salon product on color treated hair is a must to maintain your desired look.
