Biz-Mari is a group of independent stylist collectively working together with the same vision and goals in mind. Each licensed stylist has access and control of their clientele and scheduling. Bishop Mann
Im a local Mebane girl that jumped on board of a big family dream. It has been nothing short of an amazing ride. I live here in Mebane and attended Leon’s Beauty School in Greensboro NC. Ive been behind the chair since 2004 and honestly don't feel I've truly worked a day in my life. I absolutely love what I do, who I get to do it with and most of all who I get to meet along the way. This industry continues to exceed my expectations and I make it a priority to exceed my guest every time they sit in my chair. I feel so blessed for the incredible years of experience I have behind me and couldn't be more excited about what the future holds for Mebane and Biz-Mari Hair.

The hair world has been oh so good to me! I’ve owned a salon and worked behind the chair since 2001 right here in Mebane, NC. I was a small town girl with BIG dreams and with the help of some of the people i love the most ,I am now living it. This area and industry continues to bless me year after year with the most incredible people. I make a priority to always give back what has so graciously been given to me over the years. I live in Mebane, NC with my husband and two wonderful children. Hair is my life and I'm honored to have worked with the best of the best over the years and strive to continue to do so in the years to come.

I knew from a young age I wanted to be a Hairstylist. Coming from a family of four stylist, I basically grew up in a hair salon. In 2005 I graduated from Alamance Community College with a degree in Cosmetology! The ladies at Biz-Mari brought me onto their team 11 years ago and I've felt at home ever since. I live in the Burlington area and feel so fortunate each and every time I meet a new guest in my chair.

My journey into the beauty world began in 2003. I graduated from the accredited cosmetology program at Alamance Community College. I consider myself super fortunate to have been with Biz-Mari Hair for over 12 years. The love and passion I possess for my job is extraordinary! The greatest accomplishment when doing what I do, is making clients feel beautiful, confident, & satisfied every time they sit in my chair.

Kaylin Blanchard
I have always had a heart for people and passion for helping them see their beauty both inside and out. In 2011, while attending the ACC Cosmetology program, I was fortunate to intern as an assistant under some of the best professionals in the business here at Biz-Mari. I have been passionately working behind the chair ever since and consider myself so blessed to create beauty on the outside while getting to know my guest on the inside. I always look forward to meeting new people and making new connections.

Kaitlyn Ward
I developed real passion for hair and beauty early on. Ive always wanted to live out my dream as a stylist by helping give confidence to each guest that sits in my chair and being able of doing that in my hometown of Mebane. I completed my education at Leon’s Beauty School in Greensboro and have enjoyed everyday in the salon since. My favorite thing while working behind the chair is seeing peoples face light up when seeing the end result. I look forward to all the growth in Mebane and hope to see old and new faces in my chair daily.

Amanda Marioles
I worked as a dental assistant in Chapel Hill for 7 years prior to taking a leap of faith and attending the Aveda Institution in Chapel Hill. People would always stop me and asked if i were a stylist and it only made my love and interest for the industry grow. Thank goodness my husband pushed me to take that leap of faith because its been life changing and I've never looked back. It is a priority for me to stay on top of this forever changing business and I strive to give my guest the ultimate experience. Im so thankful for the wonderful cliental i have built over the years and I look forward to the blessings yet to come.

Hair has always been a passion of mine. I have over 20 years in this incredible industry. I grew up in Mebane, attended Eastern High and went straight into the hair world shortly after. Yanceyville is where my husband Shannon, our two kids and I call home. This forever changing industry has forever changed my life for the better and i look forward to giving back for years to come.

My guest are more than my bread and butter, I consider them family and friends. They are my personal advertisement and because of them Im still enjoying my career path 40 years later. I consider myself so blessed to work beside the most amazing group of woman. Jesus blessed me with two beautiful daughters and they have taken this salon to heights far above my dream, so to say I'm super proud is an understatement.
